Is there something else I can do?

hello
do you have actived the flexicache ?
my question is for your top menu ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes I have Cache turned on in the FlexiContent Parameters

The main menu is Mega Menu - this is a T3 framework being used by this Gavick template.

FlexiCache has always been turned on.

I can change to a different menu (from mega menu) to CSS and Moo to see if it speeds up the load times.

The Mega Menu uses some images to create the rounded edges. But really, are a few images going to make the page load times 7-10 seconds? It doesn't do it on their demo site for this template: demo.gavick.com/joomla15/may2010/
