Done this already for category and item URLs
-- but would like to finish work for all URLs

I found new bug.
When item alias begins from number FC opens another items with ID from this number.

Example.
I have item 360 Total Security
It have URL besplatnyeprogrammy.net/bezopasnost/besp...y/360-total-security
But FC displays another item on this URL with ID 360

So, I have duplicates:
Same item on 2 URLS

besplatnyeprogrammy.net/bezopasnost/besp...y/360-total-security
besplatnyeprogrammy.net/internet/messendzhery/oovoo

And does not have real item - 360 Total Security

Actually, there should be no need for 301 redirects

i mean these URLs will continue to work after finally work is done
just these URLs cannot handle duplicate aliases in categories

e.g. if you have category alias 
alias 'car' under category 'Racing'
alias 'car' under category 'Street'

then this URL may cause 404 error
/car/some_vehicle
