Can't get normal urls for tags view when using SH404SEF

It displays as -/content-page/categories/11/314/

the above is with or without SH404SEF ?
the above is multi-category view ?

As I already wrote:
Urls which FC router processed with native Joomla SEF - good, but I need to remove item ID from urls.
To make it I use sh404sef:
But now we have bad URLs for:
Tags - fixed with components/com_flexicontent/sef_ext/lang/com_flexicontent.php
Categories - -/content-page/categories/11/314/

So, when we use  sh404sef we have URLs for multi-category view as
/content-page/categories/11/314/
It not uses menu item alias at all.

It may be easier to remove the id from the items urls?
In that case we will have good urls using native Joomla SEF engine and we no need sh404sef at all..

The above is overwritten on every update

if you need some specific addition for specific language
then please suggest it here to make it permanent

for multi-category URLs the menu item should be used if it exists
in this case it does not exist ? i mean the multi-category URLs are the result of e.g. the filtering module ?

As I wrote, with native Joomla router this URLs looks normal:
site.com/latstupdates
site.com/toprated
etc

In sh404sef -  site.com/content11/categories/11/314/

if you want items from single category
then to get the URLs that you suggested
just use single category URLs !! and not multi-category URLs


In general
when using multi-category URL with SH404SEF
- the menu item alias should be used for the multi-category menu item

the above is something we should examine and improve / fix

Try excluding these URLs in SH404SEF configuration
Try using single category URLs

I already have menu item for main parent category.
So, when I create additional menu items for single category - they does not have aliases at all when sh404sef enabled - because it's duplicate for sh404sef.
Also, there is no option to exclude specific URL from sh404sef.
So, I manually change SEF Urls for this menu items.
And it displays as duplicated:

monopics.s3.amazonaws.com/2018-07-01_16-39-35.jpg
 
I believe, that many webmasters will say you "Thanks" if you add option to hive item ID in URLs. Native Joomla SEF engine already have such option.
