Fixed some issues with the "Initial Permissions" post-installation task. Also added the rest of descriptions for various management permission of FLEXIcontent:

I don't understand what you are saying , we don't have a special menu module in the core distribution.
Please me more specific and clear.
mmm, if you think you found a bug, please open an FORUM thread for this one, describe a CONFIGURATION scenario of what you are doing, say what you think should work and does not.
If you are using a non-core extension maybe ask the author of it.

Great work, I must say.
When I fill a weblink-field at backend (with the possibility to get more weblink-fields), I become only one field, I fill it out, than I save and there are three fields, the filled field is empty, so I can fill three fields, when I save all is at frontend, but in backend there is nothing.
Sorry for my English, I hope you can understand what I want to say.
