FLEXIContent - v2.0.0 - final for J2.5 released (r1648)

I have made a nightl build with the ACL fixed.

Because of the ACL issue the frontend / backend item saving where broken for all non-administrator users.

The intial implementation was done by enjoyman,

I had made some changes to make it compatible with joomla core !! We now share the item (article) and category permissions with the joomla artcile manager, thus enhancing intergration an compatibility with joomla core.

The final ACL fixes were made by -- flowman -- . Many thanks go to him for his work on this one.

Finally i made some fixes about version approval, and added some warning when loading an unapproved version, so that the user KNOWs that version is not published yet.

I have not tested throughly some fixes and clean ups may be needed. But it is working now. Just old permissions of items are not transfered (they were not saved properly anyway).

I'm having a weird issue since I updated to this version — just after installing it, I am told that FlexiContent doesn't have the proper initial permissions, and that I should fix them and then hit refresh. How do I fix them?

Did you click the button to fix them and then click refresh, is the button at the left of the page not displayed ???

I will make more tests next week, you can POST issues here.

mmm, the initial permission task wrong reports failure. Will fix.
For now, just :

-- Click refresh.
-- Click to open global configuration and save

ALSO now that ACL heritage is fixed, there are a few more things about the ACL,
most notably we have some permissions that are not used yet
e.g. the Read/View field permission

will do next week ...

In r959,
the task that sets the initial permissions, has been fixed and cleaned up.
Also added some better comments for content permissions (categories/items):

Next week will update code to use a couple permissions that current are unused by the code , such as the (Read) View Field permission for the frontend.

Also, in the item list, the column 'Flag' shows a lot of broken images — is there any way to move the column altogether?
