Joomla tag not created when creating a tag in Flexicontent

Hello,
I don't know if it's since the last version or the one before but now when I create a tag the Joomla tag is not created anymore, I see it in the tag list because there is no ID in the Joomla Tag ID column.
When I clicked on "Verify Tag Mapping" it created an ID 0 in all the last tags (?) but it did not create the Joomla tags.
I've checked on different computer and with other browsers but the problem is the same.

I looked all night long for the solution but I found...
I don't know how but the 1st row of the Joomla tag table no longer existed, by adding it manually everything was correctly synchronized then by clicking on "Verify Tag Mapping".

I did tests since version 3.3.1.5 to try to find which version there was this problem, but it worked in all versions even in the 4 in development ...
So it is probably me who have emptied the Joomla tag table without knowing that we had to keep the 1st line :whistle:

we are using the Joomla Tags helper and it seems it does not set parent_id to ROOT for new tags

i have made a fix
will you test
v3.3.6-hotfix (it is almost identical to v3.3.5 but includes this fix) ?

I did not quite understand what you changed, I tested but I did not see a difference between version v3.3.5 and v3.3.6-hotfix.
I tested a tag creation from an article and the same tag is well created in Joomla.
But if I create a tag in the Flexicontent tag management, the Joomla tag is not created.
If I click on "Verify Tag Mapping", the tag is created in Joomla.
