Hello

v2.0.3 Beta2 is stable, despite having "beta" in its name,

it has several (mostly) minor bug fixes over v2.0.2,
and some additions

just it forces the usage of TABs in item form, some 3rd party code might break the TABs, in which case i will give you a fix

I am about to install this new / updated version of Flexicontent using the link you sent... will it overwrite my settings or lose my categories or articles?

it's an update nothing too loose ... only if you do some modification in default template or in core

Hello,
no data loss or settings loss

but
1. built-in templates are overridden (you should never edit the HTML for built-in templates, always duplicate them)

2. For using some new parameters you may have to use an updated template or the new parameter will be ignored

3. There are CSS updates to improve look of FLEXIcontent these might result in different look in your site
