File Download field - Access all the files in File Manager

I don't get that view in the item form while using the file field.

Attached is the screenshot. That is what I see while using the file field in the item form

Hello

if the uploader filter is missing
then the user does not have permission to view all files
(probably ACL "View all files" is not granted to the user)

you may send a PM with super admin access to review this

- provide an example account that i can use
and mention which item and which field to to edit to see the effect

I figured out the problem.

In the File Field Editing -> My Files section. There are check boxes under "File List Columns". The "Uploader" checkbox was unticked. I ticked that.

In the item form file field the uploader filter was not set. I had to see all the files uploaded by different uploaders by setting the uploader filter then unset the uploader filter again. Now I see all the files.

yes the above was tricky
you see if you do not want to see a column
... then its filter should also be hidden !
