search/filter using range value [new number field?]

Ok but range would be mainly for a numeric field, you have other fields in mind?

no, only numeric field. In my case (real estate site), it's to be able to search an item which has a numerical field for the price, number of room, number of bathroom ...

Actually being able to search using range for numerical value would open other possibilities than real estate site with Flexicontent.

For now, i don't have other type of field in mind.

This feature is in the bug tracker not to forget but i will not implement the features now listed in the back tracker yet, you may have to wait till end of August
