Excluding from search

yes i think it will be good and maybe in search and filter module
=> easier to create a specific search module, like search in recipe, search in file ... etc

perhaps I am missing something but the easiest way is to create a special type and assign all articles in the category to this type. Than go the FC standard search plugin and add all types that shall be available for FC search under "Id of types, avaliable for search".
I have done this here: www.muenstermann.com/en/overview/references . Every image is an own article, because I want to use them in different category blogs. But of course I don't want them to be found in FC search.
