Text on images

Categories show up just like that.

Ok what is missing from this display ?

I set 3 columns is one.
The category titles are above I set Overlayed(full)
One column top is from module
3 columns is from menu seting (category)

I need to understand how to use a module to do a three column layout.
In which I have three images that link to the category (or 6 in two rows) like As below (With white titles on the images).

On the menu I can do it but there is a lot of manual work with css. (And it does not look that good.)

all settings that you mentioned are for items
so they have no effect on categories

The categories have different options
and their options is in the
"Category List" TAB

So for the category list the Overriding in the image we do with our own css?

just the display options that you need were implemented only for handling
item images
and
item descriptions

for category image / description we did not add such options
... i see now that they would be useful to have similar display for categories list

just now there no such configuration options

Somewhere in the Polish translation ( pl-PL.mod_flexicontent.ini) I made a mistake. How to find it?
Layouts tabs, Category List tab do not work.
All tabs display content from "Featured items"
English is ok
