with basic config just use 14

I'm not sure I understand. I had 3,9,10 in there as those are IDs of tags. If I put 14 in there still nothing displays.

Basically what I want to do is display a selection of other articles related by tags to the current article's tags.

the "Dynamic filters" is for custom fields, not for "CORE" fields

Please disable it,
what you need is already implemented in the ITEM SCOPE

1. enable ITEM SCOPE setting it to include
2. do not select any item IDs
3. instead in the drop down select:
"Related items (common tags)"


also you can select to exclude some tags
