Using Flexicontent article Editing in another extension

1. how i create a listing of my custom component items via a FLEXIcontent field

2. how do i list inside my component a selection list for flexicontent items

for 1 and 2 I think it is possible and i can follow how uinversal module do.

but i can add a new question

3- how to create a flexicontent item (with all of it's configured fields) from my custom component?
here i want to reuse what flexicontent do to create an item. which mean reuse the controller, model and view of flexicontent.

point 3 is for user usebility, because let the user first add items via flexicontent and then in my custom component let the user select items from an existing items is not user friendly.
