you mean when you are in the authored item (by user)
and you click to change language

yes we have a bug

maybe because it is not common to switch language at this point,
we neglected / forgot fixing this

but of course we need to fix such broken link, as it is not good for other reasons too

yes that's the issue.

i have the same issue (error 404) when user click to change language on tags (with FLEXIcontent Tags Cloud module).

when an item is created it didn't automatic save the author that links to the Community Builder profile.
the value (current author) is not auto selected
and i have to complete manually the «  Author Profile » field and click save .

How can i fix this issue?

this is in the very short list (next 7 days) because there is sponsored work related to it

this must be in the CORE package
- so we are making 1 new field out of this forum topic 'User Profile link' that has option to link to

1. Joomla profile link
2. CB profile link
3. JomSocial profile link

with configuration to add
- custom text
- user name / image , etc
- items count or other info


After upgrading to new Flexicontent version, i have some new troubles:
- i didn't find "User Profile link" to link to CB profile link
When an item is created it didn't anymore save the author that links to the Community Builder profile.

- regarding Author's Items (more by this author)
language association not working (redirected to 404 error page) when i'm in the authored item (by user) and i click to change language. is there a bug for this broken link?

- in frontend the edit button doesn’t display anymore once a item was edited

- and i lose I lose the alphabetical order in each drop-down menu in my submission form
