path to the original images?

the htaccess file is created in each folder with the image, and so blocking Directive - how can you remove the creation of this file when you add a photo?

You have to go to the image or gallery field settings and edit image source.

1. if in DB-mode
- then set parameter "Target folder" to Media
url of images will be same as small thumbnail , just remove the "s_" from URL)
