in v2.2.0,

we don't want to make a quick hack but a proper implementation,

a. Add support for chaining not only in select but in:
select/selectmultiple
radio/radioimage/
checkbox/checkboximage
!!

b. allow to work smoothly with existing configuration of fields, e.g. chain 2 selects that use SQL queries


-- note a 4th element or DB table column will be required:
value,text,image,group

Actually, You use Select2 replacement for FC select field so that I couldn't succeed to make them as chained.
Because the jQuery.chained.js requires to use pure html select tag and option tag.

we can use our our JS and destroy the select2 element and then re-create it

it is high priority, but not for v2.1.3

since dependency will be defined between FLEXIcontent "indexable" fields:
- radio(image),select(multiple),checkbox(image)

yes this dependency, should be applied when fields are displayed as filters
