I have a flexi category menu.
where do I change the table title "Item title"

I had the same problem once. You'll find the table header "Item title" in the flexicontent language file.

For example, if you use the english version of flexicontent, there's a file called en-GB.com_flexicontent.ini
It's located in the "language" folder in your joomla root.

Just do a text search for "Item title" within the file and change it.

Of course, if you're using a translation, you should change it in the corresponding language folder.
