I'm having trouble displaying images on my articles. I use Flexicontents' image field which is assigned to my article type. On category views images look great but the image on my article is missing because of the base href in my pageheader that is set to the pages' url. It would work if I put a slash in front of the images' url just to make the image path absolute. does anyone have this problem too or could anyone point me into the right direction here please?
Regards

I have a field of type image assigned to my my template type.
On Blog view the image displays properly but in my article view the image doesn't display because of the base href in the page header:
I have the code of the image on my article:
Code:
<span class="fcvalue field_beitragsbild"><img alt="Foto: Elke Bock | Ute Decker" src="images/stories/flexicontent/l_utedecker_2.jpg"></span>
The image folder is located at:
Code:
[Webroot]/images/stories/flexicontent
In my page header I have a <base href... tag (which I think is inserted by joomla itself (I couldn't find it in the template)):
Code:
<base href="http://www3.cleanenergy-project.de/magazin/feuilleton/">
Basically it would be sufficient to add a leading slash to the images' path but I don't know how this is to be done. I don't want to touch Joomlas' or Flexicontents' core files to accomplish this.

I see what you mean, the FLEXIcontent output seems to have been changed by something.

FLEXIcontent will add full image URL that includes http://..., do you have some SEF component enable that could be changing urls and image link?

Regards

No, I just got rid of SH404sef. The only SEF I have enabled is in Joomlas' site-configuration:
Enable SEF: Yes
Use .htaccess: Yes

By the way: Do the contents of the sef-ext folder have any effect if I nave no SEF-extension enabled except for joomlas' built-in SEF-functionality?
