i'm looking at FLEXIContent -> Permissions but not sure which settings to assign to public 'Allowed'. I can't see any items to assign 'Allowed' for public viewing.

Test: (carried out from items manager and category manager)
1. Item is not showing in preview
2. main category of item (above) is showing in preview

Hello

i'm looking at FLEXIContent -> Permissions

Joomla access levels are different from Joomla ACL permissions is a different thing

you may send me a PM with
site URL
super admin login
and the ID of the category (that you are using as home) that does not list items

Hi,
By default, Joomla has Users -> viewing access levels -> public -> (user group with viewing access) public
All items are have 'public' access

I'm guess FLC Groups inherit this default setting (from Joomla)

If not? please let me know where to config this

Hello

to see the access level of the item you can see it in backend items manager listing

for the item to be visible to all users,
- the content type of the item needs public access level
- the main category of the item too

so find the type and main category of the item and then also check the type and the category access
