How to configuration the search function?

When I search "freeze" the first time, there is no result. Then, I search "freeze" again and there are 3 results. I do not understand why. And if I change my search from "any words" to "all words" (and vice versa), I have 5 results.

about fix of default ordering not being applied (on first time you submit)
have fixed

but
have not commited this yet, needs more testings as it includes a few other changes regarding relevance ordering

order by title relevance will always be applied (silently)

but also need to add a configuration for order by relevance in search index (all searchable text (same like Joomla smart search ordering options) ) too

The second search works correctly.
