Hi,

I want a banner to appear here on the live site:
www.dr-eye.com.tw/services/smile

It works if I don't use SEF:
www.dr-eye.com.tw/index.php?option=com_f...5&id=391&Itemid=1434

I duplicate the site to here:
eye.taichungdesigner.com/services/smile
and it works perfectly.

If I change the server from php7 to php5.6 - the SEF URL works on the live site.

It seems related to: Currently viewed item scope - if I set it to ALL it works. It fails with Include (current only).

According to the host sitegorund.com:
"its a bug in the code"

According to the developer I work with:

"in the live id the $_REQUEST parameter of id which defines the current flexicontent item is missing, we cant figure out why the $_REQUEST parameter is not having id in live site in php 7. The problem is the is id parameter is not getting passed."

Also - if we disable SEF on the live site it works on all the internal pages works but not on the home page.

To try to simplify it - I have:

1. a simple template displaying the title with news template and title - and it fails as soon as I set it from all to currently viewed item scope. (You can see it under the Live site non-SEF)
2. updated to the latest FLEXI github stable
3. changing template to default J! protostar

Any ideas?

Hello

"in the live id the $_REQUEST parameter of id which defines the current flexicontent item is missing, we cant figure out why the $_REQUEST parameter is not having id in live site in php 7.

The id in the $_REQUEST is set by FLEXIcontent SEF URL parsing code

If other variables are set correctly
e.g. view is set to 'item'
(can you check the above)

Then it
either a bug in FLEXIcontent code
or some other code clears the id

Thanks for getting back ggppdk - it's now working.

I would say account server error - as they copied the original site across from the sub domain and its working without me doing anything.
