Com_content disabled by flexicontent ?

There is no simple approach in this.

In future i guess we can implement an automatic conversion to make them FLEXIcontent menu items.

NOTE: if change your com_content menu items to be FLEXIcontent menu items, THEN you do not need to reassign your modules !

Yes I have to change all my menus. But is it a bug with modules assignement?

No, no there is no bug with module assignments, it is normal than when you are redirected to the FLEXIcontent view the com_content menu items will not be activated , and thus your module assignments will not work ...

Maybe to add is an automatic conversion to make them FLEXIcontent item view is not too much work. How many do you have?

I have opened this enhancement issue but it will be most likely done later ...
