I install flexicontent 2 rc7 r1420 on a joomla 2.5.6

My menu were a simple com_content with any article and they are all disabled !

It seems that flexicontent has disabled com_content component because even if I enter the link manually
index.php?com_content&item.....
I have a error page (500)

Should I modify all my menus and internal articles links ?

I wanted just to use flexi whith my newers articles and keep olds.

No the com_content links should be redirected to FLEXIcontent item and category views.

This is either a FLEXIcontent bug or a problem due to some configuration change recently done or due to some other third party component.

Please provide access via a PM to review the problem, always interested in fixing bugs related to FLEXIcontent ...

The bug (if it is) is finally different.
I have some menu modules assigned on some pages only.
So when I click on a menu item with a com_content article only, it is effectively redirecty with flexicontent and displayed, but my menu module is not displayed anymore.

The modules not being displayed is a kind of expected behavior because the menu item CANNOT become "active" since now FLEXIcontent component is displayed ...

You will have to reconfigure your modules.

J2.5 has better assignment of modules
But maybe the easiest way is to use advanced module manager

Also where do you have 500 error page?

I confirm the bug with another web site
If I modify my menu assignment
"on all pages" with "only some pages" and I check all.
So normally it should be the same

When I click on the Article link and have assigned only some pages (even if all are checked) my menu disappera

The only turnaround for the moment is to change all my menus Article->display an Article with Flexicontent->Unique content.
It's a shame

500 error page is when I manually enter ?com_content in URL (but I think it's normal)
