I cannot submit the form, you will have to remove the template override for the frontend form

There is a javascript error to the page due to the template override that you have , so the form cannot submit.

Rename template override so that the standard form template can be used and test

In future i will see to update code, in order to avoid this JS error with older form template overrides

Okay, I played a bit more around with it, and for some reason it worked when I used the Save button instead of Apply.

Thanks for your help.

it is wrong to do the redirect to the thanks page for 'apply' or 'add' buttons !! because these buttons means "i want to continue editing"

The buttons that close the item are "add & return" and "save & return".

So,
- you submit a new item, you are presented with buttons "add" and "add & return"
- if you click "add" then you the item is reload after submitting and you continue to edit, and you are presented with "apply" and "save & return"

So only when you click "add & return" or "save & return" the edit operation of the new item is finished and the new item submit redirection occurs!

If do not want the "add" button to appear then disable it, and allow only the "add & return"

Regards
