NOTICE: loaded an unapproved document

hi
iam using the latest version for joomla 2.5

and i have a problem
when i add new item

this message appear
"
NOTICE: loaded an unapproved document version, which is different than the CURRENT version that is visible to the viewers"

and the content of the article is replace with an article which i have deleted before
and all extra fields are reset "content deleted i mean"

any help please?

"Latest" is not a version number.

Please post the actual version and/or revision number.

What is the version you have ? e.g. v2.0 r1338

This message would not normally appear for new items, but e.g. in v1.5.x the item is created after 2 saves, so if a user does not have publish permission on an item, then this message is possible.

i wanted to make the user able to publish articles once saved
but i don't know how

how to do that please?

and the edit item button is not displayed on the frontend also

i want all the authors to be able to publish and edit items from the frontend

now i can find the edit button
it is not avilable in katalog template which i was using

now my question is
how to make author able to publish his items
and autopublish items

Go to FLEXIcontent Dashboard (backend) and clic k to open Configuration , there you ll see 2 TABs. First is Options and second is Permission. There you can set the permissions per User-Group

NOTE: you can override Global ALLOW permissions per each category and each item.

Also you might want to read more about J2.5 permissions
