i had the same error
i using FLEXIcontent version 1.5.4 stable (r558)
i try to find the row at item.xml but it dont look like the one it stated.

This is always a configuration issue.

For your Type e.g. 'Hotel' or 'Article' set the Template e.g set to 'default'

Edit an item(articles are called items in FLEXIcontent) and make sure it has the template 'default', also make sure you have some value for the fields you want to display e.g. 'Field A'

Goto templates edit item layout of template 'default' and drag and drop the fields in a template position, e.g drag 'Field A' in the template position 'subtitle ...'

I have a similar problem .

web link is visible in some items, but not in others.

I created another field to verify a possible error, but also some web links are visible and others not.
From phpmyadmin I see that all data is in table flexicontent_fields_item_relations

I tried with several browsers, I deleted the cache.
I have flexicontent 2.5

What could be the cause that can not see it?

Please check that all these items use the same Item Template Layout OR use if they use different double check that you have added the field in all Item Template Layout

If you have verified the above then could some plugin you have installed be removing the links?
