How to enable users to submit content from the frontend?

I check back here often and saw the new post on the frontpage stating that you can now edit content from the frontend. BUT I do have a question: does these mean my visitors can now actually SUBMIT content through the frontend as well? If so, can they fill out content using the custom fields I define?

Yes, users are now able to submit content from the front-end (starting with v. 1.5.3).

After you upgrade to v. 1.5.3 go to the administrator back-end
Go to menu
Add new item
Selct FLEXIcontent
Select Single Item
Select "Item submission form"

Easy to use and a great feature!
