Ads board on the Flexicontent+Flexiaccess was created by gdX

Using Flexicontent + Flexiaccess can I create a bulletin board.
Where one of the main conditions - delivery of ads unregistered users.
As an example: post ads for unregistered user from fronend with captcha

sorry this it's not possible for security ...

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
