Hello!
You already have all access details.
I sent you them again in PM.

When you will testing just remove last subcategory in item url - and it will not show 404 - it creates duplicate.

Also I sent second PM message with another mistake category for item. It only one in subcategory, but navigation field creates url for items in subsubcategory.

Hello

if you configure a category view to show subcategory items

the items will be shown using the category URL and not subcategory URL
and of course the navigation field will include them in the navigation

there is no bug, we do this on purpose

e.g. viewing items and subcategory items for
domain/category1/category2

will all have links
domain/category1/category2/NNN-item-alias

Hello

as explained above this is the behaviour by design

then if you do not want sub-category items
disable the setting in the categories, or in the top level categories

or better disable it in component configuration
"category views" TAB
"Items Listing" TAB
"Item selection" TAB
then parameter sub-category items
