Navigation field creates different links for items than the links created by the category view

possible yes
- code will show the category as disabled if the user has been granted the access level of the category

e.g. if category has access level "public" and your editor has access level "public"
then category will show as disabled (aka as not selectable)

but the above has been behaviour has been disabled by default for some reason
but i remember wanting to show it by default, so it was probably done by mistake to hide them

i have enabled showing viewable categories as disabled is no create privilege
you can use install via URL in Joomla extension manager:

the above is almost v3.2.1.11, just 1 or 2 more bugs of v3.2.1.10 to fix,
and it contains only fixes compared to v3.2.1.10

this recent change in the category selector of item form, is not 100% appropriate

- it shows all non-allowed as disabled

i have made a complete "fix" for it
that will show only non-allowed categories that have 1 or more allowed children (descendant) categories
