implemented changes needed for item form
to load and save / map the tags

now also added tag mapping column into our DB table (new installs and existing installations)
and also added the updating of the mapping column in item form

next is to update our backend tag edit form to opened the corresponding Joomla Tag in a modal edit window
- exactly as our author edit form, has edit button for the corresponding Joomla user

and then of course our tags view should make use of the Joomla tag data (its meta, its language etc)
