Falang language assosiations urls not working correctly

Every article has its own menu-link, so i must delete all assosiations to get the short urls? Because otherwise i can't get it to work.
Did i misconfigured something or does just not work together? Because i remember a few years ago, in another project i had, it was working. but this is really long time ago.

Please help me to understand why?!

Im using latest joomla and latest Flexicontent
