Parent category when adding new category?

Hello

i have tested locally
and added (in my local development copy)
a browser native tooltip,

(= freeze mouse for 1 or more seconds over a category for browser to use title="Parent: ...")

i think adding instant bootstrap tooltip will be annoying ?
maybe not annoying if it is bootstrap is placed on left / right ?
