I'd like to know if it's possible to include
my category page into my home page (below the carousel), and how?

i think just change home link to your categorie and display your module in same page

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

So, you mean transform my category page into a new home page?

I admit I had thought of it, but I don't how to include the carousel (and other things that are present in my homepage)... into the category page?

that simple it a joomla feature
edit your module assign a position and only for home menu
