Field Question, how to display/hide fields

Hi again, sorry to bother you but you've been so helpful and nice.
I was wondering if there was a way with flexicontent and joomla to create a submission form for public users where they can put down their contact information and submit a video. The video wouldn't be displayed on the website, but would be offsite for administrative editing and approval. Thanks so much again and enjoy your Saturday

you can create field without display in front and you can use ASCL on it
