Relative URLs in Extended Weblink Field?

Hi there,

in my case, it would be useful to insert relative URLs into an extended weblink field.

However, on save by default "http://" is added, so that I have to correct this (and the string length value) manually via phpmyadmin for each entry.

How or where can I change this behaviour?

mmm, i have already added support for this, (but it is not in the Google SVN repository)

with a new parameter:
"Auto-Add prefix HTTP"
- Yes
- No
- Allow user to select

the "Allow user to select" displays a new property that allows user to select if his address is relative or absolute

Since this is already implemented, i ll commit this soon, and then i ll post back here

I ll make an zip installer file for the field only
so that you can test, you have J1.5 or J2.5 ?

I'd also be really interested by this correction (I'm working with Joomla 2.5)
