Just a quick question to the latest update for 1.5.6 - I use AceSEF (along with many other people) and AceSEF has an extension for Flexicontent that creates SEF urls - can you tell me if the latest update to Flexicontent should cause problems with that? or is it just mainly templating that would be affected?

v1.5.6 has SEF changes, but last 3 weeks we have not done any changes to SEF links and URL routing stuff.

Please test on an new installation , or on a copy installation and POST some feedback.

Will try to finish the new search feature next week, along with a couple of bugs of significant bugs and move all features/enhancements to v1.5.7, so that we have a final release.

Regards

I finally decided to install the beta version of 1.5.6 on my site, expecting there to be glitches, especially with the Search Engine Friendly URL's as I am using AceSEF - however I am happy to report that not only were there no issues with SEF URL's, but no issues whatsoever!!

It is running great and faster than before. Definitely recommend the upgrade.

When do you expect to reach final release for 1.5.6 and 2.0??

Thanks for all your hard work ggppdk!

There is :
-- the search feature to be finished for the backend (a little more user friendly and some instructions !!!),
-- plus a couple of low importance bugs, there is also some report for problem during importing joomla content which i must test.
-- note that front-end editing and v1.5.6 in ie7/ie8 is broken due to JQuery library, fix will be in v1.5.6RC, see here:
www.flexicontent.org/forum/index ... pic#p20433

No more features for v1.5.6, everything else goes to v1.5.7.

V2.0 is mostly done.
