the plugin is already enabled
and i opened the description feild and i included the Trigger content plugins

i have an idea to do what this plugin do
but i dont know how to make it

if i know the query that display the article url in a field
i can make exactly what the plugin do

i hope i could make my idea clear

sorry i am not a dev
but you can use slider sript (mootools is include in joomla)
and create your script in your template directly
