Primary Category where in DB?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how flexi knows which category is the primary category. I have thoroughly searched the db and cant seem to figure out the logic for it. I also couldn't find the code which determines this either.

My hope is to be able to create some code that will automatically tell sh404 when there is duplicates items to choose the item that is set as the primary category.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The main category is stored on the #__content table.
