Hide HTML Editor was created by blocka

I'd like to able to hide the HTML editor when a non-registered user is submitting a content item.
However, when a backend administrator is editting an article, I would like to have the HTML GUI editor visible.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

you can do this with jce editor it's not a flexicontent option
but flexicontent can't alow to edit content for no-register user

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
