Any idea about how to manage that ?!

If you mean that the fields:
title
description

Can not be searched individually as individual search boxes,
then, i have opened and issue for this:

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/664

no we doing an hard work on file management ... maybe later
