so it seems i dont anderstand the new groupfield use.

I believed that this field allows me to associate several fields like color, objet, size.

So i could be able to create a gouped field called "stuff" that is composed of 3 fields.

stuff = 'color' 'size' 'object'

And after that i will be able to filter by this 3 fields.
The result returns only item that have a "stuff" with the 3 properties (if filled of course).

the other way could be to creat a type "stuff" with several properties (field color, field size, field product)

2 problems i see :
i need to find people with the search (or filter) not the product (so i need to filter or search in the stuff type and get the people type)
So the filter must not return product but people who owns it.

If a people owns several yellow products, he should appear several times.

i have tested flexicontent beta with grouped filed.
Indeed, this field is very interresting to creat grouped content.
But filters don't work inside the group (field grouped with 2 fields (size, color)
Filters size and color work but not depending the group).

So i test with 2 types of content.
1 type owner, 1 type product.
I can filter products on 2 fields (size color).
On the search view i get the product i want. As i want the owner i use the relation field and only display this field to get owner infos.

question :

is it a way to get in the seach results, items with distinct field value? For exemple : owner in relation with 2 products ((fields : big and red) and (fields : big and blue)).
I filter on "big" i get 2 products from the owner. I want 1.
