Cause the french tip says that notification emails will be send when the author belongs to one of the selected groups. But in this case, who will be the receiver of the email ?
So, i'm not sure to understand this setting

The original text say

select user / user groups that will receive the notifications

can you correct the french translation by reading the english text ?
