est-il possible de personnaliser la vue résultat de la liste des items favoris (wishlist) de l'utilisateur ?

you can move position of image
before / after the message

you can do this either via CSS or by creating a custom layout and moving the image (but please keep image with the its parent DIV)

about size of the font-icon you can use CSS
about changing the favourites image you can use CSS too
