about universal module, carousel template css in r1859

In this site I have a vertical Universal module.
The page is the following :

I have tested the RC1859

rottenberg, please post relevant thread title e.g. i have changed title of this thread to be:

about universal module, carousel template css in r1859

it is due to new CSS, that will support
- responsive to width
- fading instead of scrolling
- and will support fading/scrolling FULL pages (e.g. 3 items) instead of fading/scrolling items

making carousel template more user-friendly

a new JS jQuery scroller is almost done for the carousel template of the universal module and maybe included in v2.2.0

- faster (CPU load due to browser executing the carousel),
- detect image loaded properly
- resposive behaviour (detect page being resized)
- pagination support (yes display page handles and scroll page instead of items)
- auto-scrollable item handles
- better and more effects:
(better) scroll, (better) fading, sliding, fading+sliding
- Easing functions configuration (already supported by old JS scroller in v2.1.3)
- more configuration options but also better organized
- smarter behaviour ... !
- other ...

Finally you can configure carousel to behave as slideshow of items but, some easier configuration for it is needed will be in near future and also more effects will be added via extra jQuery plugins ? (e.g. explode implode stuff like that)
