Strange behavior of Universal Module since upgrade to r1648

Hi everybody,

I'm working on a website with FlexiContent involving many Flexi Content Universal Module modules to display below articles, links to other articles.

I'm using the following filters in the scope panel:
- Select items from a specific (include) category (category scope)
- that have a tag in common (Related items (common tags) in the Item scope panel)

That was working well in FlexiContent v2RC9b r1601.
But it is not working anymore in the last stable release.

Now instead the expected results, I have a link with the title of the currently viewed article that leading to a 404 error "Page not found".

Does anyone encounter the same problem?
Is there something new in the Universal module that I've missed?
