Tags not showed when clicked

thank you again.
For the tag "risparmio" I have this URL:
intranet2.manzano.network/index.php?opti...risparmio&Itemid=294
that works correctly if SEF-URLS are disabled.
The corresponding not-working URL with SEF URL enabled is:
intranet2.manzano.network/index.php/tegg...ategory/65-risparmio
I hope this help solving my issue.

to
.htaccess

in your Joomla root folder ?

you probably have some VIEW ACCESS limitation configured
- the reason must be because the items are not allowed to be viewed

send me a Private Message (click on my profile image and then select to send the message)

include
- backend admin access
- include an example that i can replicate
e.g. tell me the tag name
- also copy paste the FRONTEND Tag URL, that you used to view the items list with the items tagged with it
