(how) its possible to get a value of flexicontent field (text field for example) in a content plugin (onContentPrepare ...) for joomla?

but do you mean for developing Content Plugin, or for triggering a content plugin inside the FC template?

For authoring a content Plugin:
1. you can retrieve the field value inside custom code:

For developing /intergrating into template code
2. You can trigger content plugin that contain various FLEXIcontent fields:

3. you can use the prefix/suffix etc parameters of fields to combine fields together and trigger a plugin
