auto archive for flexicontent

I agree that these are nice,

i have added some compatibility code CONTENT plugin already to increase the number of supported content plugins that REQUIRE com_content to work

and

i agree that functionality of these plugins can not be easily replaced with something else

but for these plugins I need to find time to test

to see what is happening ... for this if you don't here from me you can remind me at start of next week

All plugin doesnt work because we have multicategorie in fc
We need to adapte it
Adding primary categorie and multicat and flexicontent date feild.. end after it perfect
Maybe for next releases or paid dev

ore an other idea
a comportement :
1 when date (unpblished or fc date field selected) is passed => article is archived
2 a template for FC module how to display article archived by year .. with date filtering

Hehe... This will be very cool when implemented with Flexi!!

Actually we have implemented the auto-check-in, so auto-archive can be done the same way, just i have not study the behavior requirements and parameters for this.

I think we release a separate plugin for this for testing, since we want to freeze FLEXIcontent v2.0, this in future will be added to the track and also include the auto-check-in too (which will be remove from FLEXIcontent system plugin)

We have requested this for a long time, we will leave our suggestions in this post.

Auto-Change-Category:
similar to auto-archive would be nice to configure a trigger that after a perdiod of time would change an item from one category to another.
example:
all items in the category "events comingo soon" would have to be moved to the category "past events" after the date(custom field) expired.
