Different Background Images for Categories In Directory List

Is there a way to assign a different background image to every category in a flexicontent directory?

Just adding a background image to the css file makes the background the same for every category link. I need the backgrounds to be different. Suggestions?

you could use the category id to create a unique class name, e.g. in file category.php of your template replace line (at file top):
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent">

with:
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent fccatview_<?php echo $this->category->id; ?>">
